Our Services and What They Cost
  1. The prices we offer are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and only apply to Indonesian citizens (WNI). For foreign nationals (WNA), prices may vary depending on entrance fees or destination rates.

  2. All listed prices are net and include car rental with driver, and per person or private group trip packages.

  3. Accommodation prices are based on twin sharing (2 people per room), unless requested otherwise.

  4. Package prices include everything listed in the itinerary. Please read carefully what’s included and not included in your chosen package.

  5. All listed rates apply for PRIVATE TOURS (not shared with other guests), unless it’s an open trip package.

  6. Prices may change at any time before any deposit / Down Payment is made.

  7. Prices shown are valid for low season periods.

  8. Additional charges apply during peak seasons such as holidays, Eid, Christmas, and New Year, or for any services not included in the package.
  1. A deposit of 30% of the total price is required for every booking.

  2. This 30% deposit is only paid after your reservation is confirmed by our team and the service you requested is available.

  3. We won’t ask for any deposit before confirming your booking.

  4. The remaining balance can be paid at the latest 1 day before departure, or on the day of pick-up.

  1. Please send your payment proof via email to idntripper@gmail.com or WhatsApp: (+62) 822 2345 8818.

  2. If we don’t receive your payment proof through email, WhatsApp, or any other method, it will be considered as not paid yet.

  3. We are not responsible for any transfer fees, taxes, or service charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
  1. Cancellation fees apply based on the following terms:

    1. 25% of the total price if cancellation is made 30 to 15 days before departure.

    2. 50% of the total price if cancellation is made 14 to 8 days before departure.

    3. 75% of the total price if cancellation is made 7 to 4 days before departure.

    4. 100% of the total price if cancellation is made 2 days or less before departure.

  2. If there’s a cancellation by individual participants or a reduction in the number of people, the total charge will remain the same as the original booking or after the deposit has been made.

  3. Date changes or rescheduling will depend on the availability of hotels, transport, or other services.

  4. Any rescheduling or date changes must be made at least 7 days before arrival.

  1. No refund or price reduction will be given if any part of the trip (such as tourist spots, meals, hotels, or transport) is canceled due to the participant’s decision or due to force majeure (unexpected events), and not caused by idnTripper.

  2. Refunds do not apply for individual cancellations or reduction of participants after a deposit has been made or an agreement is confirmed.

  3. If a refund is granted due to a package cancellation, the refund process will take up to 14 working days.

Children are considered those aged 2 to 6 years old, with the following pricing rules:

  • Sharing a room with 1 adult + 1 child → charged 100%

  • Sharing a room with 2 adults + 1 child with extra bedcharged 75%

  • Sharing a room with 2 adults + 1 child without extra bedcharged 50%

Maximum 1 child is allowed to share a room with parents with 1 extra bed.

Infants (0–24 months) stay free of charge.

  1. Confirmation is subject to availability, especially for accommodations/hotels. If your requested hotel is fully booked, we will do our best to find another hotel of similar standard.

  2. idnTripper will send confirmation of your request via email or WhatsApp after all booking terms and conditions are fulfilled.

  3. Schedules and prices listed in the package may change at any time depending on actual conditions in the field.

  4. idnTripper acts as an intermediary between guests and hotels, and is not responsible for any cancellations, lost baggage, accidents, natural disasters, or any unexpected events.

  5. You are also advised to follow all rules at tourist attractions. Any violations or issues caused by you at the destination are not our responsibility.

  6. Additional terms and conditions apply to tour package bookings and other services. These will be informed to you in advance. If you do not agree to follow these terms, including any applicable additional conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

idnTripper is not responsible and cannot be held liable for:

  1. Damage, loss, or delay of baggage caused by airlines, hotels, or other transportation providers.

  2. For delayed baggage from any flight, participants are responsible for picking up their luggage at any airport.

  3. Flight delays, cancellations, or any incidents that happen outside of our tour package itinerary.

  4. Changes to the travel itinerary due to natural disasters, riots, or any other force majeure events.

  5. Death of a participant due to illness, accidents, or any other cause.

  6. We only provide travel services and are not responsible for flight cancellations, death, accidents, loss of baggage or personal items (such as cameras, bags, jewelry, etc.) during hotel stays or outside the scheduled tour.

  7. Loss of travel gear or equipment due to the participant’s own negligence.
